RFPQ # 5407-022 - Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) Refresh issued by Canada Health Infoway

Regarding the Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) Refresh issued by Canada Health Infoway on behalf of Shared Health Inc. and certain other purchasers (each, a “Purchaser”) in support of the Virtual Visits Solution initiative:
Please be advised that Canada Health Infoway will be posting RFPQ # 5407-022 on Bonfire with responses due by 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on April 20, 2022.
This RFPQ is a harmonized, multi-jurisdictional pre-qualification process that is subject to applicable trade agreements.[1]  It is intended to onboard new vendors into one or both of the asynchronous and/or synchronous common vendor pools. It does not affect the status of vendors currently qualified in one or both of the pools under the original Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ). Vendors are asked not to submit Proposals for any solutions for which they previously qualified under the original RFPQ but may submit proposals in order to qualify for a new pool and/or a new solution.
Qualified vendors will be eligible to participate in invitational competitive procurement processes initiated at the option of each Purchaser to award one or more contracts for the Virtual Visits Solution.  Each Purchaser may leverage the vendor pool created by this RFPQ to conduct an invitational competitive procurement process within two years after the completion of this RFPQ. Only vendors who are qualified by this RFPQ will receive further notices of procurement relating to the Virtual Visits Solution initiative – further notices will not be generally published.
