Description

Shared Health Manitoba is gathering further information for the provision of Ophthalmology Equipment, Consumables (ie. Viscoelastics, Silicone Oils, Balanced Salt Solutions, Intraocular Lenses, Blades and Surgical Packs) and Services for the Shared Health Ophthalmology Program in the province of Manitoba.

It is anticipated that an RFP will be released in 2023 for the equipment listed above, and it is further expected that requested submissions may comprise complete turnkey operational packages.

The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information on the following:

Availability of equipment and consumables listed above.
Preferred partnerships for maximum cost savings and patient satisfaction. Vendor specifics on what makes their product better than the rest.
Vendor recommendations on scenarios for establishing a mutually beneficial agreement.

The Coordinating Entity is requesting information from potential bidders in an effort to inform the future Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements.
