ET-841-MB-22 - Request for Information For Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Billing Solutions

The Coordinating Entity is conducting research to better understand the current market and service offerings for DI Billing Solutions. Information provided by respondents will assist with determining final requirements and the best course of action for the acquisition of an acceptable solution.
            The Coordinating Entity wishes to invite interested respondents to submit material to       demonstrate their ability to meet the needs of the intended users and to prepare and    present a creative and informative ninety (90) minute overview outlining the strategies they      can offer to provide and/or acquire, manage and maintain a solution that meets the goal   of providing competitive, innovative and effective means of supporting a formal and          modernized solution.

1. Deliverables

• Ability to process a minimum of 6000 claims daily;
• Support 19-35 concurrent users at any given time with users located throughout the Province of Manitoba;
• Ability to be HL7 compliant , v.2.2 or higher;
• Ability to utilize Manitoba Health’s Claims Processing Solution (CPS) which require adherence to their submission guidelines;
• Ability to submit daily claims file for approval of claims (i.e. Manitoba Health);
• Ability to override standard billing rules based on exceptions/circumstances;
• Generate various billing reports in the DI Billing Solution;
• Ability to provide audit logs detailing all users’ access to  personal health information, application data, including any changes, updates, deletions of claims;
• Compatible with Windows 10 or higher;
• Development of custom ad-hoc reports;
• Information surrounding availability and reliability;
• Administrator privileges;
• Managed Service offerings;
• Hosting location(s).
