Description

SHARED HEALTH requires a SOLE PROVIDER of an automated Product/Service that meets or exceeds the following but not limited to;

An on-line (cloud-based service), independent electronic trading system intended to facilitate the transfer of money, information, goods and services between suppliers and Shared Health and its affiliates. The system must have data repository capabilities for the capture and long term storage of contracts with the ability to update regularly with amendments to terms and pricing changes. The system must permit for the acceptance of data feeds to enable the capture of data normalization opportunities among multiple entities (i.e. cross reference similar or like item and vendor master data fields).
