SOSD2022.20 - Seven Oaks MET Centre for Arts and Technology Construction

The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform Work to complete
Seven Oaks MET Centre for Arts & Technology, in Winnipeg, Manitoba
for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract
Documents.

General Contractors are to carry a 10% contingency in their bid.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 10:00am CST on August 25th,
2022, at 321 McDermot Avenue. Attendees are to meet at the front
entrance on Hargrave Street.

The Drawings and Specifications shall be read by all trades to acquaint
themselves with the full nature of the Work required. Failure to do so will
not relieve them of the responsibility of completing the Work, nor for coordination
of labour, materials, equipment, etc., necessary for the proper
execution of the Contract.

.2 Unless specified otherwise, initiate Work within one week of receipt of
notice of Contract Award or Letter of Intent.
