Sealed bids for the construction of a 1,470m² concrete, steel and masonry frame addition, 851m² of interior renovations and a 342m² wood framed childcare building, will be received by MCM Architects Inc., 141 St. Anne’s Road, Winnipeg, MB, R2M 2Z3, before 2:00 P.M. local time as designated by CBC radio, Thursday, December 21st, 2017.
Alternative Prices submitted in an opaque envelope titled “Alternative Prices” and clearly identified with the Bidder’s Name and Project Name on the outside, will be accepted before
2:00 PM, Friday, December 22nd, 2017 (24 hrs after bid close). Bids will be opened after Alternates are received.
All General Contractors, Masons, Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors intending to Bid are required to attend the site examination meeting, 4:00 PM, Thursday, December 7th, 2017. General Contractors, Masons, Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors not in attendance are not eligible to Bid, and any submitted Bids will not be opened.

A Bid Bond of 10% (ten percent) of the Bid Price, with Consent of Surety, to accompany Bids.
