The Rural Municipality of West St. Paul is seeking proposals from interested parties to have Naming Rights of the Municipal Recreation Complex.

Request for Proposal packages are available online at www.weststpaul.com.

Sealed submissions clearly marked Request for Proposals 2021-04 – Municipal Recreation Complex Naming Rights will be received by the undersigned at the address below until 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 9, 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The Municipality retains the right to reject any proposal if it does not meet the needs of the Municipality.

The Proponent must submit one paper copy and one digital copy in pdf format of the fully completed Proposal together with any attached schedules, signed and sealed by the Proponent.

Email and facsimile transmitted proposals will not be accepted.

The proposals, titled “RFP 2021-04 – Municipal Recreation Complex Naming Rights” are to be submitted by mail or hand delivered to:
