The award of RFQ 2022-01 - Purchase of All Utility Vehicle is subject to the inclusion in, and approval of, the Council of the RM of West St. Paul’s Financial Plan.

The Municipality retains the right to reject the lowest or any bid if it does not meet the needs of the Municipality.
