Description

It is the intent of this contract that the Contractor, in a good and workmanlike manner, shall provide the services for the collection of recycling materials on a weekly basis from all private property, streets and lanes for all residences within Rural Municipality of Taché, including the communities of Landmark and Lorette, along with the collection of recycling materials deposited at the municipal solid waste facilities of the Lorette Landfill, and Monominto Transfer Station as per specifications outlined in this document. The Contractor and his staff shall exercise good public relations in carrying out his work under this Contract.

The Municipality is requesting two contract price submissions to determine which option accommodates the Municipality’s budget; One for Municipal wide recycling collection (Form A) and one for recycling collection only at our two drop off depots and within the LUDs of Lorette & Landmark (Form B). Only one of these options will be selected.

Our current collection schedule is as follows;

                        - Wards 5 & 6 Collection – Tuesday
                        - Wards 1, 2 & 3 Collection – Wednesday
                        - LUD of Lorette Residential & Commercial Collection – Thursday
                        - LUD of Landmark Residential & Commercial Collection - Friday
