Description

It is the intent of this contract that the Contractor, in a good and workmanlike manner, shall reconstruct 2.8kms in the LUD of Richer in the RM of Ste Anne. 1.9kms to be opened up and have sub black dirt removed. Supply, place and compact 75mm of base course material. The remaining .9kms to be shaped and compacted with proper base and to have 65mm of asphalt supplied and placed. All finished road surfaces to be 6m wide and 8m wide on Dawson Rd. The Contractor and his staff shall exercise good public relations in carrying out his work under this Contract.

The Tender Submission shall be fully completed and returned by the Bidder with all required entries made clearly and completely in ink, preferably blue, to constitute a formal Bid.

The Tender Submission must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The envelope must be clearly marked "Tender for LUD Asphalting No. 002-2017 " and the Bidder's name and address.

Samples or other submissions required to accompany the Tender Submission may be packaged seperately, but shall be clearly marked with the Tender Number, the Bidder's name and address, and an indication that the contents are supplemental to his Tender Submission.

Tender Submission shall be submitted no later than the Time and Date set for Final Receipt of Bids in clause 4.01.

Except where extended by Addendum, Tender Submissions received after the Time and Date set for Final Receipt of Bids will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
