18159 - ENGINEERING SERVICES TO RECONSTRUCT SPRINGFIELD ROAD BETWEEN REDONDA AVENUE AND

The RM is requesting proposals from qualified Engineering Consultants to provide professional services for the design of Springfield road reconstruction between Redonda Avenue and Paragon place.  Professional services required shall include but are not limited to the following: 
Phase –I

• Prepare preliminary and detailed design and produce plans for the reconstruction of Springfield road between Redonda Avenue and Paragon place as per the scope of work in section “B” ;
• Make submission applications to various government agencies, utilities and obtain all necessary approvals; 
• Prepare tender documents including estimated quantities and estimated costs; and

• Provide construction inspection and contract administration services.
