1. OPPORTUNITY & BACKGROUND
The Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie (‘RM’) intends to replace the photocopier in the
Municipal Office. The RM welcome suppliers to submit proposals for the sale of a new Multi-
Function Photocopier/Printer/Scanner and Fax Machine.

The intent of this RFP is to solicit competitive submissions from qualified contractors. This is
not a tender.

2. SCHEDULE & IMPORTANT DATES

The proposed schedule is as follows:
− Submission deadline Thursday, JUNE 15, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (local time)
− Agreement Signed Tuesday, June 27, 2023
− Work to be completed by Thursday, August 31, 2023 (to be confirmed with the
successful proponent)
