The supply, hauling and installation of a bridge located on Road #123W adjacent to NE 4-33-21W according to the following specifications:

-Supply and installation of six 40' x 4' wide concrete girders
-Supply and installation of four 30' x 4' wide concrete girders for abutment caps
-Concrete work to install and fill abutment caps
-Rental of 52 foot temporary bridge for one month
