05-2020 - Removal of Dutch Elm Diseased Trees within the RM of East and West St Paul

The RM of East St. Paul & the RM of West St. Paul require an experienced Service Provider on an up to thirty-six (36) month agreement to remove Dutch Elm Disease (DED) trees in two (2) municipalities, the RM of East St. Paul and the RM of West St. Paul, as described in Appendix “A”.

The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the services as described in Appendix “A” attached and for the RM of East St. Paul & RM of West St. Paul to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of the RM when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.The Agreement is anticipated to commence on September 28, 2020 and end on September 1, 2023.
