The Rural Municipality of Woodlands is looking for a 24ft by 24ft hall that will be used for assembly occupancy. Requirements will include the following as well as any other building codes that are required for a A2 assembly occupancy, required washrooms, required entrance doors, slab foundation, and housing for well equipment inside, as set out in Schedule A – Outline Specification. There is a septic tank and well on site and in working condition. The building must be insulated, finished interior, finished exterior, heated, plumbing connected to existing well and septic. The property is located at 92158 PR322, NE16-16-1W.
