Description

The work outlined in this tender consists of loading, hauling and depositing aggregates as laid out by the Municipality. The locations and quantities can be found under “Distribution of Materials”. The truck volume haul will be 18 cubic yards per haul. The quotes will be based on the distance from the pit to the road plus the application distance of the given road. The municipality will supply a gravel checker who will be responsible for tracking the quantities as well as the locations for depositing. The quantities in this contract are estimated and are not guaranteed. The municipality will only pay for the actual work completed, in the case that the estimated quantities are not met.
