Description

The municipality is seeking proposals on the construction of accessible ramps at the municipal offices in the towns of Eriksdale and Ashern. Removal of existing ramps and steps, installation of new doors, automatic openers and ensuring entrance areas are accessibly friendly and free of obstacles are part of this project. All construction must be done to applicable building codes and accessible standards.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Payment shall follow once work is deemed complete by the municipality.
Proposals must include details on the following items:

Ability to complete the project by September 27, 2024
Old structures and construction waste must be removed, sorted and taken offsite to the closest landfill.
Contractor must provide a minimum of $2,000,000 liability insurance and WCB information in the submission.
Sites and structures border public roadway and public sidewalk. Contractor will need to make arrangements for appropriate crowd control and risk reduction per Workplace Health and Safety requirements. This includes barricades, signage, and other controls as necessary.
