Bid must be submitted to Box 59, Vita MB R0A 2K0 or electronically to cao@rmofstuartburn.com.They must be clearly marked "Rural Municipality of Stuartburn – Supply and Delivery of Pumper Fire Apparatus 2024-02". The closing time for bids is Friday, August 30, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Due to the nature that e-mailed bids are not in a sealed format and are visible prior to the closing time of the tender, the RM of Stuartburn will endeavor to keep bids submitted confidential until the closing time. By emailing quotations bidders acknowledge and agree that they shall at all times indemnify and save harmless the municipality from and against any and all manner of claims, demands, losses, costs, charges, actions and other proceedings whatsoever, by submitting an e-mailed bid.
