Description

The River East Transcona School Division requires the service for snow clearing, removal/hauling and sanding services at several locations located in the City of Winnipeg. The River East Transcona School Division listing of schools has been organized into five (5) zones, allowing for centralization of snow clearing, removal/hauling and sanding services.

The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to seek snow clearing, removal/hauling and sanding services from a qualified Bidder(s) whose bid(s) best serves the interests of the River East Transcona School Division on an “as and when requested” basis when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The contract shall be for a fixed period of approximately three (3) years from October 15, 2023 to September 30, 2026 with two (2), one (1) year option for renewal by mutual agreement. This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Submission Methods Both A and B are required:
A. Bids, two (2) printed copies should be submitted in a sealed envelope and sent by mail or delivered personally, or by courier to the Submission Address. The envelope should be clearly marked with the RFQ number, the Submission Deadline and the Bidder’s name and return address.
B. All bidders are required to request via email a private shareable link for digital submission. Send request to tanderson@retsd.mb.ca C. Bidder’s may bid on part (by zone) or all parts of this RFQ. Faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
