Description

Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) is seeking qualified consultants with a proven track record in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies for a student residence at post-secondary institutions, preferably with experience with Canadian colleges and polytechnics. The purpose of this feasibility study is to assess the demand for student housing, evaluate the financial viability, sustainability, and potential development options for student residence facilities. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting a thorough Market Analysis, Gap Analysis, and providing a detailed Feasibility Study with concise Recommendations for the future. Information on the complete expected scope of services is included in Schedule E. The project is expected to be completed and all final deliverables to RRC Polytech completed within 6 months if this timeline is unrealistic. Vendors are asked to provide rationale why that is the case and supply an alternative.
