Description

Red River College seeks to replace the roof of the South Gym at the Notre Dame Campus located at 2055 Notre Dame Ave. The Owner has obtained Garland Canada Inc. (“Garland” or the “Project Manager”) to provide project management services for the project on behalf of RRC.

The College seeks a General Contractor (the “Vendor”) to carry out all aspects of the construction work (the “Services”) as more particularly described herein.

The work will be carried out by the selected Vendor under the terms of a CCDC-2 Contract.
