RFP No. 2951SF121619 - Project Management for Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Implementation

The Human Resource Services Department of Red River College is currently in the process of identifying a successful proponent to provide a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solution. The College has dedicated a budget of $2M towards the HRIS solution and the implementation of this solution will gradually include all aspects of the employment cycle in Modules, in at least two phases. These Modules will include applicant tracking, recruitment processes, new employee and continuous onboarding, payroll and benefit processing and management, learning, succession planning, performance management and overall record keeping.
In order to facilitate the implementation of the HRIS solution that we ultimately identify, Red River College is seeking Proposals from Project Management Organizations with a proven record of accomplishment providing successful Project Management support, preferably with demonstrated success in HRIS implementation projects for organizations with complex collective bargaining agreements. The College is looking to identify Project Manager support located in Manitoba and able to provide such support on site at the Notre Dame Campus, 2055 Notre Dame Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3H 0J9.
