Project DescriptionRed River College Polytechnic is soliciting Proposals for DESIGN CONSULTING SERVICES as further described in Schedule D (“Services, Deliverables and Scope of Work”). RRC Polytech has entered into an agreement with Manitoba Safety Council, operating as Safety Services Manitoba (“SSM”) to explore the possibility of conducting motorcycle training at our Notre Dame Campus on a parking lot (the “Lot Space”). The Lot Space would be used to operate SSM’s Motorcycle Training Courses. SSM may also require space to store approximately 30 motorcycles on RRC Polytech property, with a storage building suggested as the storage method; Through this agreement RRC Polytech’s overall goal and expectations of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek a design consultant to provide consulting services to evaluate the feasibility of the Project (the “Feasibility Study”) and to create a design for a vehicle storage building and paving of a parking lot
