Description

Red River College Polytechnic (the “Owner” or “RRC Polytech”) seeks to select a qualified Proponent through a procurement process to act as the Construction Manager (“CM”) to provide construction management services as further described in this RFP. The Owner will enter into a Contract with the Proponent whose Proposal is deemed to best serve the interests RRC Polytech when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria provided under Part 4 of this RFP. The project will include the renovation of the 4th floor of Building A at the Red River College Polytechnic Notre Dame Campus for the Nursing and Allied Health Simulation Centre at 2055 Notre Dame Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, as further described in this RFP (the “Project”). See Part 1, Section 6.0 of this RFP for further details about the Project.
