Description

The intent of these Terms of Reference is to invite proposals and retain professional consulting services for the completion of the pre-capital planning documentation for the Mathias Colomb Cree Nation Nursing Station project.The persons assigned to the lead roles in the project are respectively registered or licensed to practice in the Province of Manitoba with a P. Eng or MAA designation.

Proposals are invited at this time, and will be followed by the selection and award of the contract by the Mathias Colomc Cree Nation Health Authority. Interested firms must submit five (5) printed copies and one (1) digital copy (without cost information) of their proposal to the address below no later than 2:00pm (Central Time), March 15th, 2023. The proposal submission envelope should read: “Consulting Services for the Mathias Colomb Cree Nation Nursing Station Pre-Capital Planning” and be addressed to:
