The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified suppliers for the purchase of Eight (8) complete sets of Open Circuit, Positive Pressure Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), c/w NIOSH CBRNE Agent Approval upgrades and cylinders, and Eight (8) additional cylinders – compatible with the SCBA’s and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
