The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors with knowledge and expertise to deliver services in the areas of boiler, pressure vessels and refrigeration equipment maintenance, inspection, commissioning and safety, and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.
