Revise the following:
.1 Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00:00 pm local time on Thursday, March 12th, 2020
Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 (the “Submission Deadline”). Bids received after the Submission
Deadline will not be considered by the Owner, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
For information only:
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope in accordance with 00 11 16 Invitation to Bid. Bid cannot be submitted electronically.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND LOCATION
.1 Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00:00 pm local time on Tuesday, March 17th, 2020 Thursday, March 12th, 2020 (the “Submission Deadline”). Bids received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered by the Owner, and will be returned, unopened, to the Bidder.
.2 Bids must include all Appendices of the Bid Form.
.3 Bids must be in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Document reference and
Bidder’s name and address, and delivered to the offices of the Prime Consultant, namely:

.4 The designated time piece for the Submission Deadline shall be the switchboard clock at the
reception desk, located in the offices of the Prime Consultant.
.5 Bids will be opened publicly following the Submission Deadline.

BID DOCUMENTS
Printed (hard) copies of the Contract Documents will not be available from the Owner nor the
Consultants. All Bidders shall be responsible for obtaining their own (hard) copies for bidding
and construction purposes at their own expense. Bidders can view/download Contract
Documents or arrange for a file transfer of the Contract Documents in PDF format from the
following construction information services:

NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT
Bidders are welcome to visit the site between February 19 to 21, from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Bidders are to contact the Owner’s representative Darren Pulak in advance of arrival.
The site visit is not mandatory for Bidders to submit bids for this Project. Bidders are solely
responsible to fully inform themselves of all existing conditions and limitations. Subcontractors
are also welcome to visit.
