SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND LOCATION
.1 Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, 27 February 2020 Bids received
after this date/time will not be considered by the Owner and will be returned, unopened to the
Bidder.
.2 Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Bid Document reference
and the Bidder’s name and address, to the office of the Consultant as follows:

.3 The Bid submission must include the following components:
.1 Bid Form
.2 Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond
.3 Contractor’s Certification Form; and
.4 Letter of Compliance from Apprenticeship Manitoba
.4 Original copies of the signed Bid form and all other documents noted in 1.6.3 must be included
in the sealed envelope. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Bid modification may be
submitted electronically or by fax in accordance with Bid Modification and Withdrawal section
below to victorsuenarchitect@mts.net or (204) 452-3462 respectively.
.5 Within 24 hours following the submission deadline noted in 1.6.1 above, Bidders must submit
the following components, which will form the second part of the Bid Submission:
.1 List of Subcontractors (Appendix A)
.2 Evidence of Qualifications (CCDC 11)
.6 The second part of the Bid Submission may be submitted electronically of by fax to
victorsuenarchitect@mts.net or (204) 452-3462 respectively or be enclosed and sealed in an
envelope clearly marked with the Bid Document identification and the Bidder's name and
address, and submitted to the address noted above in 1.6.2.
.7 The second part of the Bid Submission must be received by 2:00 pm, local time, DD MM 2020.
Bid Submissions determined by the Consultant to have been received later than this deadline
will not be accepted.
