Intent
.1 Intent is to solicit Responses for the Engineering Consulting services contract for the The Pas Health Complex & St. Paul’s Personal Care Home Mechanical and Facility Systems Upgrades located at 67 1st Street W in The Pas, Manitoba.
.2 Renovations/Upgrade deal primarily with Mechanical, Infant Abduction Systems kowledge, possible structural knowledge for systems placement, Infection Control Practices within Healthcare knowledge, Elevator knowledge, Plumbing System knowledge for Healthcare, CSA Standards knowledge, Long Term Care Standards, and Electrical disciplines.
.3 The project should be substantially completed by February 2019. The preliminary target dates for the various phases of the project are as follows:
.1 Release of RFP: June 20, 2018
.2 Site Visits ( Non-Mandatory ): As requested
.3 Closing Date of RFP: 2:00 p.m. on Thursday July 12, 2018
.4 Notification of Successful Respondent: 2 weeks after closing date.
.5 Completion of 95% complete Design Development and Documentation: 6-8 weeks after notification of award.
.6 Review of 100% complete documentation with Class A budget and approval to proceed to tender: 10 weeks
