Sealed quotations will be received at the office of the RMIS Engineering, 389 Maxwell Crescent, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4N 5X9 before 2:00 p.m. CST, on December 11th, 2019.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The work of this Contract consists generally of the scope of work identified in the Project Manual and associated drawings (Tender Documents).
The work shall include the protection, construction facilities and temporary controls required to complete the work to the full extent of the Contract.

SITE EXAMINATION
A non-mandatory, but required, site walkthrough for bidders has been arranged for
Thompson (including Admin): 9:00 a.m CST on November 14, 2019, Flin Flon: 1:00 p.m. on November 13, 2019.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE AND LOCATION
Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m., CST, December 11, 2019. Bids received after this date/time will not be considered by the Owner and will be returned, unopened to the Bidder.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Tender Document reference and the Bidder’s name and address, to the office of the Consultant.

The Bid submission must include the following components:
Bid Form
Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond
Bidder’s Certification Form; and
Letter of Compliance from Apprenticeship Manitoba

Original copies of the signed Bid form and all other documents noted in 1.6.3 must be included in the sealed envelope. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. Bid modification may be submitted by fax in accordance with Bid Modification and Withdrawal section below to (306) 352-4607 respectively.
