.1 Intent is to solicit Responses for the Engineering Consulting services contract for the The Flin Flon General Hospital SF-3 HVAC Upgrade which is located at 48 Church Street , Flin Flon, MB.
.2 Renovations/Upgrade deal primarily with Mechanical, HVAC, Controls, minor Carpentry, Electrical & Plumbing Systems Installations knowledge, possible structural knowledge for systems placement, Infection Control Practices within Healthcare knowledge, Plumbing System & Code knowledge for Healthcare, HVAC within Healthcare, CSA Standards knowledge in regard to Healthcare Facilities, and Electrical disciplines.

7. Site Investigation
.1 Consultants may attend a non-mandatory site visit to be held on the day of September 2nd, 2020 for The Flin Flon General Hospital to obtain an understanding of the scope of work and to seek clarification on any item prior to submitting a formal Response. Please confirm your attendance to the site visit no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 1st, 2020 to Mike Reader or Glen Johnson at NRHA-RegionalList-CapitalProjectTeam@nrha.ca

.3 The project should be substantially completed by July 1st 2021. The preliminary target dates for the various phases of the project are as follows:
.1 Release of RFP: August 27th , 2020
.2 Site Visits (Non-Mandatory): September 2nd, 2020
.3 Closing Date of RFP: September 9th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.
.4 Notification of Successful Respondent: 2 weeks after closing date.
.5 Completion of 95% complete Design Development and Documentation: 8-10 weeks after notification of award.
.6 Review of 100% complete documentation with Class A budget and approval to proceed to tender: 10 weeks
