Is accepting tenders for
ELGIN FIRE HALL
The Municipality of Grassland is now accepting tenders for the creation of a new Fire Hall in the village of Elgin, Manitoba.
Tenders will be accepted for the four different projects of the creation of the fire hall:
A) Preparation, supply and pour concrete pad for Fire Hall, including floor heat piping.
B) 42’x60’x16’6” pole building Fire Hall
C) Electrical installation for 42’X60’ Fire Hall
D) Plumbing and installation of sink, toilet and shower, floor drain
E) Interior construction of a 10’x 15’ room
Contractors may apply for one or a combination of any of the 4 projects. All accepted bids will be required to work on a schedule to coordinate with the other approved bids.
Sealed tenders marked “Elgin Fire Hall” must be received by 4:00pm on Friday, May 7th, 2021 to:

The Municipality of Grassland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the tender in the best interest of the Municipality of Grassland in its sole discretion. Lowest bid may not necessarily be accepted.
Contractors must comply with Municipal requirements for liability insurance and WCB coverage to be eligible to be awarded the contract.
