Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #131, Design Consulting Services for Base Building Improvements and Tenant Fit-Up
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors for the delivery of Design Consulting Services (including sub-consultants and specialty consultants) for landlord base building improvements and a subsequent tenant improvement to fit-up the same space for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). The space is located on the entire 7th floor and a portion of the 6th floor of cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document.
McCOR Management (MB) Inc. (McCor) will serve as representatives for both Manitoba Public Insurance, the owners of cityplace, and for ESDC.
Mandatory Site Visit attendance:
Participation in the RFP requires a Mandatory site visit. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 6.03.
Mandatory Site Visit will be held Monday, April 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM (CT) at the main floor customer service desk in the adjacent mall at cityplace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 4.02 Mandatory Site Visit.
Vendors who for any reason cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and will be removed from the RFP competition.
The final date for submissions is May 4, 2022 at 4:30 PM (CT). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
