SUPPLY & DELIVER TWO CHEVY TRAX VEHICLES

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a supplier to provide two vehicles compliant with the following requirements. This is for a prize giveaway.

Two new, 2017 model year Chevrolet Trax AWD.
Trim levels, colours, and minimum requirements are detailed in the RFQ document.
Successful bidder must provide one vehicle each to Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino on approximately September 1st, and should allow an MBLL supplied sign or banner stand to be placed at their dealership for cross promotional purposes.
A dealer representative is required on the evening of the draw (at approximately 9:30 PM) to issue the required paperwork listing the prize winners as the registered owner, and to provide temporary registration from Manitoba Public Insurance should the contest winner wish to take their prize immediately. The same representative may service both casinos.

The closing date for submission is August 4th, 2017 at 4:00 PM Winnipeg time.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, as applicable to Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
