Description

Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries (MBLL) conducts ongoing and ad-hoc market research studies of varying scope and complexity, and these may fall under qualitative, quantitative, or mystery shopping disciplines.

MBLL wishes to establish standing offers with suppliers to provide these market research services on a when and as required basis. The term of any resulting standing offers will be for three (3) years, with two (2) option years available at MBLL’s sole discretion.

Proponents may submit a proposal for one or more of the disciplines. Each discipline will be evaluated separately and will result in a roster of suppliers authorized for that discipline. Placement on the roster is not a guarantee of future business.
The closing date for submissions is June 18, 2021 at 4:00 PM Winnipeg Time.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
