GAMESENSE INFOCENTRES OPERATOR

Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a contractor to operate the GameSense Info Centres located at Club Regent Casino and McPhillips Station Casino in a timely, sustainable, and cost-effective manner.

These centres provide casino customers with responsible gambling information and tools to help them prevent and minimize gambling related harms, as well as resources to guide informed decision making when gambling. These centres also offer confidential onsite support and referral to community-based addictions, mental health and financial related resources.

Any contract resulting from this RFP will be for a three (3) year term, with two (2) one (1) year options available at MBLL’s sole discretion.

The closing date for submission is January 27, 2021 at 12:00 PM Winnipeg time.

The offer is to be submitted in English.

This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations.

MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
