CSAF#2017-47-WMS-HF - Provision of Hydrodynamic Modeling Study

INTENT –   Manitoba requires service for a hydrodynamic (unsteady) model for the full extent of the Souris River in Manitoba as well as portion of the Plum Creek using HEC-RAS software. The study shall determine the flood levels on the Souris River and Plum Creek in a 200-year flood.
                   The model must reproduce flows and stages for the calibration and verification runs to a tolerance of ± 5% for peak flows and ± 0.15m for peak stages, as compared to recorded data.
