Proposals must be received in both electronic and hard copy form and be in the English language. They are both to arrive no later than 12:00 pm (noon) CDT on August 8, 2022, at the contact information below.Four (4) hard copies can be delivered to 2150 Chevrier Boulevard, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as outlined below.Email copies, in pdf format, must be sent to Jana.Thorsteinson@mitt.ca, but are not considered received unless an acknowledgment of receipt of email is provided.In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy in the contents of the hard copy and electronic copies of a Proponent’s Proposal, the contents of the hard copy shall prevail.
