The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders for the supply of Helicopter Services and for Manitoba Infrastructure - Remote Road Operations (MI-RRO) to enter into an Agreement whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of MI-RRO when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement shall be for a fixed period of one year, anticipated to commence on April 1, 2017.
