RESPONSIBILITY OF DEPARTMENT

The Department will supply fuel, oil, and perform regular maintenance to the equipment for the duration of this agreement.

WORK PERIOD

The Equipment Rental Agreement – Dry Lease shall remain in effect until such time that all the required work is completed. The period is approximately from May 27, 2024, to October 30, 2024, subject to and dependent on weather conditions.

RENTAL RATE

The bid unit price for Supply of self-propelled combination roller 1-3 tonne -- shall be considered payment in full for each unit of time that the Department has the machine in their possession, in good running condition, based on the Dry Lease Agreement.
