The work involves removing the east and west service road access at Road 64N/Inkster Blvd. complete with median opening removal including excavation, removing metal culverts, removing pavement, removing and installing concrete curbing and landscaping in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 2 – PTH 101 West Service Road (0.5km North of PTH 190--PR 221)
The work involves reshaping the west service road including, surface preparation and granular base course from 500m north of Provincial Trunk Highway 190 to Provincial Road 221 for a total distance 5.35km, in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 3 – PTH 101 East Service Road (1.0km North of PTH 190--PR 221)
The work involves reshaping the east service road including, surface preparation and granular base course from 1km north of Provincial Trunk Highway 190 to Provincial Road 221 for a total distance 4.5km, in the Municipality of Rosser.
Segment 2 - PR 221 to PTH 6
LOCATION 4 – PTH 101 (1.0km North of PR 221)
The work involves removing the west service road access at Farmer Ave. complete with median opening removal including excavation, removing metal culverts, removing pavement, removing and installing concrete curbing and landscaping in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 5 –PTH 101 (2.7 km North of PR 221)
The work involves removing the east and west service road access at Prairie Dog Trail complete with median opening removal including excavation, removing metal culverts, removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 6 – PTH 101 West Service Road (0.7km North of PR 221--PTH 6)
The work involves reshaping the west service road including, surface preparation and granular base course from 0.7km north of Provincial Road 221 to Provincial Trunk Highway 6 for a total distance 3.0km, in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 7 – PTH 101 East Service Road (0.9km North of PR 221--Prairie Dog Trail)
The work involves reshaping the east service road including, surface preparation and granular base course from 0.9km north of Provincial Road 221 to Prairie Dog Trail for a total distance 1.8km, in the Municipality of Rosser.
Segment 3 - PTH 6 to PTH 7
LOCATION 8– PTH 101 (0.9km East of PTH 6)
The work involves removing the north and south service road access at Summit Road complete with median opening removal including excavation, removing metal culverts, removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 9 – PTH 101 (2.6km East of PTH 6)
The work involves removing the median opening at Sturgeon Road including excavation, removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 10– PTH 101 (4.2km East of PTH 6)
The work involves removing the north and south service road access at Klimpke Road complete with median opening removal including excavation, including removing metal culverts, removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 11 – PTH 101 North Service Road (PR 236--Lilyfield Road)
The work involves reshaping the north service road including, surface preparation and granular base course from Provincial Road 236 to Lilyfield Road for a total distance 8.0km, in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 12 – PTH 101 South Service Road (Summit Road--Mollard Road)
The work involves reshaping the south service road including, surface preparation, granular base course from Summit Road to Mollard Road for a total distance 6.4km, in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 13 – PTH 7 (1.7km North of PTH 101)
The work involves constructing left turn lanes including milling, bench cuts, granular base course and bituminous pavement at Lilyfield Road/Green Road, in the Municipality of Rosser.
LOCATION 14 – PTH 7 (1.63 South of PTH 101)
The work involves constructing left turn lanes including milling, bench cuts, granular base course and bituminous pavement at Mollard Road, in the Municipality of Rosser and the City of Winnipeg.
Segments 4 and 5 - PTH 7 to PTH 8
LOCATION 15 – PTH 101 (1.62km East of PTH 7)

LOCATION 17 – PTH 101 (6.3 km East of PTH 7)
The work involves removing the median opening at the west Holmes Road/Gardenview Drive service road access removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of West St. Paul.
LOCATION 18 – PTH 101 (7.57 East of PTH 7)

LOCATION 20 – PTH 101 South Service Road (PTH 7/Mollard Road--2.9km east of Pipeline Road)
The work involves reshaping the south service road/Garden View Drive including surface preparation and granular base course from Mollard Road to 2.9km east of Pipeline Road for a total distance 9.0km, in the Municipality, West St. Paul.
Segment 6- PTH 8 to PTH 9
LOCATION 21 – PTH 101 (2.0km East of PTH 8)
The work involves removing the north service road access onto Kapelus Drive, including removing metal culverts, removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of West St. Paul.
LOCATION 22 – PTH 101 (2.0km East of PTH 8)
The work involves removing the south service road access at Prest Avenue, including removing metal culverts, removing pavement and landscaping in the Municipality of West St. Paul.
LOCATION 23 – PTH 8 (0.78km North of PTH 101)
The work involves removing the median opening, removing pavement, removing and installing concrete curbing and landscaping in the Municipality of West St. Paul.
LOCATION 24 – PTH 101 North Service Road (Kapelus Drive) (PTH 8--PTH 9)
The work involves base and bituminous pavement including, granular base course, drainage improvements/culvert installation, from Provincial Trunk Highway 8 to Provincial Trunk Highway 9, for a total construction distance of approximately 2.9km, in the Municipality of West St. Paul.
LOCATION 24A – PTH 101 North Service Road (Kapelus Drive) (PTH 8--PTH 9) -New Location
The work involves Waste Excavation (Truck Haul), crushed rock, granular base course, bituminous pavement drainage improvements (culvert, catch basins) and curb and gutter from Provincial Trunk Highway 8 to Provincial Trunk Highway 9 (Realigned portion of Kapelus Drive) for a total construction distance of approximately 0.5km, in the Municipality of West St. Paul.
Segment 7 - PTH 9 to PTH 15
LOCATION 25 – PTH 101 at Gunn Road
The work involves constructing left (SB to EB) & right (NB to EB) turn lanes including milling, bench cuts, granular base course and bituminous pavement at Gunn Road, in the Municipality of Springfield.
Segment 8 - PTH 15 to PTH 1E (Fermor Ave.)
LOCATION 26 – PTH 101 (1.65km South of PTH 15)
Notwithstanding the Detailed Design Drawings, Location 26 is not part of this tender.
LOCATION 27 – PTH 101 (PTH 15-Navin Road)
The work involves reshaping the west service road/James Farm Road including, surface preparation, granular base course from Provincial Trunk Highway 15 to Navin Road for a total distance 5.5km, in the Municipality of Springfield.
