Scope of Work
Scope to include all necessary professional design, management, labour, supervision, material, tools, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and materials for, and reasonably incidental to the complete fire restoration and reconstruction of an equipment storage shed at the Melita Maintenance Yard.
Project includes but is not limited to:
- All necessary building and service permits,
- Complete reconstruction of approximately 52 ft of exterior wall and 18 ft of roof & ceiling,
- Provision of sealed site specific Engineered truss drawings,
- Clean existing ceiling and wall surfaces with heavy duty industrial degreaser and odour destroyer,
- Remove overhead door counterweight balance hardware, Insulate and line cavities,
- Replace two (2) overhead doors and electric operators,
- Frame new opening in east wall for new door, supply and install new pedestrian door, frame & hardware,
- All mechanical services, materials & equipment for new gas fired unit heaters, exhaust fan, control damper and actuator, and all relays required to interlock with existing controls,
- All electrical services, materials & equipment for new interior fixtures, retrofitting existing fixtures, new receptacles, connection of mechanical equipment and controls, and overhead door operators,
- Disposal of all damaged and removed materials from site.
