The project is for the painting of all vessel surfaces including the structure, deck, machinery, tools, tanks (inside and outside), and equipment of the Motor Vessel Joe Keeper at Split Lake, Manitoba. The work shall include all surface preparations, such as cleaning, removal of existing paint layers by sand- or mechanical blasting, primer application, etc., necessary for the abovementioned objective.
