Construction of bituminous pavement (including granular base course and culvert extension) from the Ontario Boundary to 0.75 km west on Provincial Trunk Highway 1, for a total construction distance of approximately 0.50 km in the Whiteshell Provincial Park.

SECTION II – PTH 1 Concrete Foundation (Project ID No. C07446)
Construction of a new cast-in-place concrete column and spread footing foundation for new variable message board support structure located approximately 0.1km west of the Ontario Boundary on Provincial Trunk Highway 1, for a total construction distance of 0.1km in the Whiteshell Provincial Park.
