Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for an outline agreement to provide station metering equipment.

Pass/Fail Criteria
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:

Completed CIP-013 Cyber Security Supply Chain Risk Questionnaire
Provide proof that the manufacturing of all meters is in accordance with standard active energy conforming to IEC 62053-22, and/or ANSI C12.20.
Provide proof that the proposed meters meet the minimum (at least) specifications listed in the Technical Requirements.
Provide proof that the proponent has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience involving the manufacture, supply and delivery of meters for use at Utilities with a 60Hz system frequency. This includes a minimum supply of at least 10 items from each product line or model of the Equipment the Proponent is proposing.
Confirm that the equipment proposed is commercially available, and not a prototype product or one that is at End-of-Life.
