Mandatory Criteria:
Manitoba Hydro will review submitted proposals for compliance with the following mandatory criteria:

a) A Qualified Supplier with an effective Framework Agreement for Contractor Services under Category 1 - Fire Alarm Major Services (Contract 042042)

Proposals that do not comply with all of the mandatory criteria as of the Proposal Close will, subject to the express and implied rights of Manitoba Hydro, be disqualified and not evaluated further.

Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory Site visit will be held on December 08, 2023 for all Pre-Qualified Suppliers.
Registration deadline for the site visit is by December 01, 2023. To register the name(s) and number of representatives wishing to attend the Site visit, each qualified supplier shall contact Rudi Vleugels (rkvleugels@hydro.mb.ca).
Please note that only one attendee per qualified supplier can register.
Failure to attend a mandatory Site visit shall disqualify a potential Proponent from further participation in this procurement process.
