This tender is a public tender open to all interested bidders.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor for the replacement/ repair of existing water and septic system components within nine residences located in the community of Rock Ridge, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing failed or failing septic tanks and septic fields, decommissioning an existing sewage ejector system, drilling new wells, repairing existing wells, replacing old components such as pressure tanks, water softeners, well pumps and other miscellaneous work.
Approximate budget for the project is between $500,000 and $999,999

A mandatory site visit for the bidders is scheduled for Tuesday April 15, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. CDT Bidders are to meet at 5 Birch Drive, Rock Ridge MB to 1:00 P.M. to sign the site attendance sheet.
Please give yourself ample time and familiarize yourself with the area before the site visit. This area may have limited cell service and the visit is a mandatory requirement in order to submit a bid.
Deadline for questions is May 22, 2018. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at kristen.schultz@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline of the Bid Submission. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at dale.fries@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
