Description

This is a public RFQ open to all interested bidders.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform a unit Refresh in Brandon, MB.

Approximate budget for the project is under $99,999.00

A viewing of the unit is to be set up with the Operations Manager, Larry Eagle at 204-573-3050.

Deadline for questions for is July 27, 2017. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at kristen.schultz@gov.mb.ca.

Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline of the Bid Submission. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at larry.eagle@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.

Please read the tender documents carefully as some of the requirements have changed from previous Manitoba Housing tenders.

The unit will be vacant during construction.
