Description

With this Negotiated Request (“NRFP”) for proposals, the Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation(“Manitoba Housing”) is aiming to select qualified Proponent(s) to purchase and develop at least one, and up to 10 (maximum) parcels, within Bridgwater Centre. During the “NRFP” process, Manitoba Housing may enter into concurrent negotiations with up to the top three (3) highest scoring Proponents.

All inquiries related to this NRFP are to be made, in writing, at least 5 business days prior to the submission deadline as noted. Inquiries received after this date may not be answered. Written inquiries are to be directed to:
